if i take my gucci watch to a jewler to question its authenticity, can the jewler confiscate it if its fake?

i found this watch and i wanna know if its fake or not. dont wanna have it taken though. i live in philadelphia pa.

CamillaBelle 		they can't take it away. but i would just take it to the gucci store. i think they have on one walnut.
my mom took a gucci bag she got off ebay from there and they confirmed it was real.

You can sue if they do not since it would be stealing property.
